1、外国人应当在入住后24小时内向居住地的公安机关办理登记，未按照规定办理住宿登记的，给予警告，可以并处2000元以下罚款。Foreignersshall,within24hoursaftertheirarrival,gothroughtheregistrationformalitieswiththepublicsecurityorgansintheplacesofresidence.Personsconcernedwhofailtogothroughregistrationformalitiesshallbegivenawarning,andafineofnotmorethanRMB2,000yuanmayalsobeimposed.
2、住在我市辖区旅馆业以外的外国人，可以到居住地派出所办理临时住宿登记，也可以选择在互联网上办理，在互联网上办理住宿登记的，请积极配合派出所民警做好信息核对登记工作。如急需使用临时住宿登记证明的，请到当地派出所办理。ForeignersresidinginZhuhaiinplacesotherthanhotels,theyortheiragentsmaychoosetoregistertheirtemporaryaccommodationwiththelocalpolicestationoronthedesignatedinternet.Pleasecooperatewiththecommunitypolicewhentheychecktheinformationofyourresidence.Inurgentsituation,pleasegotothelocalpolicestationtoregisteryourtemporaryaccommodation.
3、外国人非法居留的，给予警告；情节严重的，处每非法居留一日500元，总额不超过10000元的罚款或者5日以上15日以下拘留。ForeignerswhoresideinChinaillegallyshallbegivenawarning;wherecircumstancesareserious,theyshallbeimposedwithafineofRMB500yuanperday,withacapofRMB10,000yuanintotal,orbedetainedfornotlessthanfivedaysbutnotmorethan15days.
4、外国人在中国境内工作，应当按照规定取得工作许可和工作类居留证件。任何单位和个人不得聘用未取得工作许可和工作类居留证件的外国人。外国人非法就业的，处5000元以上20000元以下罚款；情节严重的，处5日以上15日以下拘留，并处5000元以上20000元以下罚款。ForeignerswhoworkinChinashallobtainworkpermitsandwork-typeresidencepermitsinaccordancewithrelevantregulations.Noentitiesorindividualsshallemployforeignerswhohavenoworkpermitsorwork-typeresidencepermits.ForeignerswhoworkinChinaillegallyshallbefinednotlessthanRMB5,000yuanbutnotmorethanRMB20,000yuan;wherecirumstancesareserious,theyshallbedetainedfornotlessthanfivedaysbutnotmorethanfifteendaysandshallalsobefinednotlessthanRMB5,000yuanbutnotmorethanRMB20,000yuan.
5、年满16周岁的外国人在中国境内停留居留，应当随身携带本人的护照或者其他国际旅行证件，或者外国人停留居留证件，接收公安机关的查验。Foreignershavingreachedtheageof16whostayorresideinChinashallcarrywiththemtheirpassportsorotherinternationaltraveldocuments,orforeigners'stayorresidencepermits,andaccepttheinspectionofpublicsecurityorgans.
