InyouremailyoushouldattachevidencetoshowwhyyoucannotleavetheUK.Forexample,ifyoucan’tleavetheUKbecauseyoucan’tfindaflightbeforeyourleave/visaexpires,you’llneedtosubmitacopyofaconfirmedflightticket.Ifyoucan’tleavetheUKbecauseyouhavecoronavirus,you’llneedtosubmitconfirmationofyourpositivecoronavirustestresult.

IfyoudecidetostayintheUK,youshouldapplyforthenecessarypermissiontostaytoregulariseyourstay.You’llbeabletosubmitanapplicationformfromwithintheUK,whereasyouwouldusuallyneedtoapplyforavisafromyourhomecountry.
