近期中华人民共和国驻菲律宾共和国大使馆发布了一则最新公告，在该公告中明确列举出属于以下情况之一的外国公民来华可以免办签证：

1、根据中国与有关国家签署或达成的双边协定或协议，部分国家符合特定条件人员来华可免办签证。（具体情况请您查阅中外互免签证协议一览表）
AccordingtothebilateralagreementsoragreementssignedorreachedbetweenChinaandrelevantcountries,peoplefromsomecountrieswhomeetcertainconditionscanbeexemptedfromvisaswhencomingtoChina.(Fordetails,pleaserefertothelistofvisaexemptionagreementsbetweenChinaandforeigncountries.)
2、持联程客票搭国际航行的航空器，船舶，列出从中国过境前往第三国或地区，在中国境内停留不超过24小时且不离开口岸。

（1）持与中国建交国家的普通护照已在香港，澳门的外国人，经在香港，澳门合法注册的旅行社组团进入广东珠江三角洲地区旅游，且停留不超过6天，可免办签证。（上述团组赴汕头旅游，如直接从汕头出境，活动范围不超过汕头行政区域的，亦适用上述政策）

ForholdersofvalidAPECbusinesstravelcards,APECbusinesstravelcardsareequivalenttomultiplevisasforfiveyears.CardholderscanenterChinaformultipletimeswiththeirtravelcardsandvalidpassportsconsistentwiththecardswithinthevalidityperiodofthetravelcards,withamaximumstayofnomorethan2monthseachtime.
6、持中国公安机关颁发的有效中华人民共和国外国人居留居留许可
HoldavalidresidencepermitforforeignersinPeople'sRepublicofChina(PRC)issuedbythepublicsecurityorganofChina.
7、持有效中华人民共和国外国人永久居留证者
HoldersofvalidpermanentresidencepermitsforforeignersinPeople'sRepublicofChina(PRC).
需注意，上述享有免签证赴华人员如果因工作，学习，家庭团聚，长期探亲，定居等事由以及常驻中国记者，均需要在赴华前办妥Z、X1、Q1、S1、D、J1相应签证。
