1、提交填写完整的《外国人签证证件申请表》及申请人近期2寸半身正面免冠照片1张;
1.SubmitthecompletedForeignerVisaApplicationFormandonerecent2-inchfull-face,half-lengthbareheadedphotooftheapplicant;
2、提交本人有效护照及签证证件原件复印件，交验境外人员临时住宿登记单原件(由本市宾旅馆或住宿地派出所出具);
2.Submittheoriginalcopiesandphotocopiesofvalidpassportandvisa,handovertheoriginaltemporaryresidenceregistrationformoftheoverseaspersonnelforexamination(theregistrationformshallbeissuedbythehotelorthepolicestationoftheaccommodationlocationinthecity);
3、提交申请人曾经拥有的中华人民共和国护照、户籍、身份证等可证实曾经具有中华人民共和国国籍的材料复印件，或提交武汉市人民政府外事侨务办公室出具的外籍华人证明函原件;
3.SubmitthephotocopiesofthedocumentswhichcanprovethattheapplicantwascitizenofPRC,suchasthepassport,householdregistrationandIDcardofPRCthattheapplicantonceowned,orsubmittheoriginalforeignChinesecertificateissuedbyForeign&OverseasChineseAffairsOfficeofWuhanMunicipalGovernment;
4.Submitthedocumentaryevidencerelatedtotheapplication:
①申请探亲类的签证，需提交被探望直系亲属的邀请函件、关系证明，及其亲属在汉常住的居住证明和身份证明原件及复印件;
①Forapplicationoffamilyvisitvisa,theletterofinvitationoftheimmediatefamilymemberthattheapplicantintendstovisitandthecertificateprovingtheirrelationshipaswellastheoriginalandphotocopiesofpermanenceresidencecertificateinWuhanandtheidentitycertificateofthefamilymembershallbesubmitted;
②Forapplicationofthevisaforbusinessnegotiationandtechnological,educational,culturalandhealthexchange,thecertificateorletterofinvitationissuedbytherelevantcompetentauthorityshallbesubmitted;
③Forapplicationofthevisaforprivateaffairs,thecertificateandapplicationletteraswellastheguaranteecertificaterelatedtotheapplicationshallbesubmitted.
5、出入境管理机关认为有必要提交的其他申请材料。
5.Otherapplicationmaterialsneededtobesubmittedintheopinionsofexit-entryadministrationorganization.
可以申请5年以内多次出入境签证。
Canapplyformulti-entryvisaoffiveyearsorless.
办结时限：自受理之日起7个工作日内办结。
Timerequiredtocompletetheprocessing:Completewithinsevenworkingdaysfromthedateonwhichtheapplicationisreceived.
