一、斯途·凤凰屿
PEARHOSTEL
项目坐落于湖南的柘溪水库，曾是木材厂，历经60余载风雨。近二十年来，随着木材公司的衰落，它被遗弃，成为乡村的闲置设施。业主希望通过设计改造盘活农村闲置资源，助推当地乡村振兴和旅游业发展。这个民宿不仅是柘溪水库风景区沿湖环线的配套设施，更是一个充满历史与故事的地方。它的前身是一座历史悠久的木材厂，见证了这片土地的变迁与发展。如今，它以全新的面貌迎接着来自四面八方的游客。
TheprojectislocatedinHunanZheXireservoir,wasonceatimberfactory,aftermorethan60loadwindandrain.Fornearlytwodecades,withthedeclineofthetimbercompany,itwasabandonedandbecameanunusedfacilityinthecountryside.Theownerhopestorevitalizeidleruralresourcesthroughdesignandrenovation,andboostlocalruralrevitalizationandtourismdevelopment.ThishomestayisnotonlyasupportingfacilityalongthelakecirclelineofZheXiReservoirScenicarea,butalsoaplacefullofhistoryandstories.Itspredecessorisahistorictimbermill,whichhaswitnessedthechangesanddevelopmentofthisland.Today,itwelcomesvisitorsfromallovertheworldwithanewlook.
现状包含五栋未使用的建筑：原木材公司的办公楼（1号楼）、餐厅（2号楼）、宿舍（3号和5号楼）以及猪舍（4号楼）。鉴于建筑面积较大而成本有限，我们计划从合理分配改造预算的角度出发，以低成本、微介入、因势利导的原则进行改造。我们将根据这些建筑的位置关系、景观条件和形态特点，为每栋建筑找到最适合的功能定位。
Thecurrentsituationcontainsfiveunusedbuildings:theofficebuildingoftheoriginaltimberCompany(Building1),therestaurant(Building2),thedormitory(Buildings3and5),andthepighouse(Building4).Inviewofthelargeconstructionareaandlimitedcost,weplantocarryouttherenovationfromtheperspectiveofreasonableallocationoftherenovationbudget,withlowcost,micro-interventionandtheprincipleoftakingadvantageofthesituation.Wewillfindthemostsuitablefunctionalpositioningforeachbuildingaccordingtothelocationrelationship,landscapeconditionsandmorphologicalcharacteristicsofthesebuildings.
在设计中利用一个回廊空间来增强内向型的场地氛围，让住客能够更好地感受到那份宁静，在回廊的中心位置设置了一个镜面水池，其水面的倒影不仅展示了庭院上方的空间，还引导住客抬头欣赏高大水杉的挺拔之美。此外，连廊的设计优化了交通流线，将原本单调的直线路径转变为更具体验性的回字形流线。这不仅减轻了直线路径可能带来的功能干扰和交通压力，还有效地保护了住店客人的隐私。根据场地中水杉树的位置，连廊的形态进行了扭转和围合，创造出多个独特的天井和院子。这些空间为住客提供了丰富而有趣的探索体验。同时，连廊的水平延展与水杉树的垂直形态形成了鲜明对比，进一步强化了水杉的存在感。
Inthedesign,acloisterspaceisusedtoenhancetheintrovertedatmosphereofthesite,sothattheresidentscanbetterfeelthepeace.Inthecenterofthecloister,amirrorpoolissetup,whosereflectionofthewaternotonlyshowsthespaceabovethecourtyard,butalsoguidestheresidentstolookupandadmirethetallmetasoia.Inaddition,thedesignofthecorridoroptimizesthetrafficflow,transformingtheoriginallymonotonousstraightpathintoamoreexperientialzigzagflowline.Thisnotonlyreducesthefunctionalinterferenceandtrafficpressurethatmaybecausedbythestraightpath,butalsoeffectivelyprotectstheprivacyofguestsinthehotel.Accordingtothelocationofthemetasequoiatreesinthesite,theformofthecorridorisreversedandenclosedtocreateanumberofuniquepatiosandcourtyards.TheseSpacesofferarichandinterestingexperienceforgueststoexplore.Atthesametime,thehorizontalextensionofthecorridorformsasharpcontrastwiththeverticalformofthemetasequoiatree,whichfurtherstrengthensthesenseofexistenceofthemetasequoia.
二、环境美学
INTERIORAESTHETICS
在水边大堂的用地内，众多高耸的水杉树曾阻挡了江景的壮丽。虽然业主曾考虑移除这些树木以开阔视野，但经过沟通，我们决定保留这些赋予场地独特魅力的水杉。在设计中，水杉的位置影响了建筑的轮廓。经过精确测绘和反复调整，大堂巧妙地建在水杉之间。对于不可避免的树木，我们没有选择砍伐，而是通过天井和连廊的设计，让建筑与水杉和谐共生，创造出既有自然之美又不失现代感的空间。
Atthesiteofthewatersidelobby,numeroustoweringmetasequoiatreesonceblockedthemagnificenceoftheriverview.Althoughtheownersconsideredremovingthetreestobroadentheview,aftercommunication,wedecidedtoretainthemetasequoiasthatgivethesiteitsuniquecharm.Inthedesign,thepositionofthemetasequoiaaffectedtheoutlineofthebuilding.Afterprecisemappingandrepeatedadjustments,thelobbyiscleverlybuiltbetweenmetasequoias.Fortheinevitabletrees,wedidnotchoosetocutthemdown,butthroughthedesignofpatiosandcorridors,letthebuildingandmetasoiacoexistharmoniously,creatingaspacethatisbothnaturalandmodern.
在木材公司与业主的初步设计对话中，一个关键的要求被明确强调：“尽可能保持原有的外观，同时只能增加建筑面积，绝不能减少。”面对这一挑战，我们着手于一座采用传统砖混结构的建筑。这种结构的特点是房间尺寸受限，开间和进深都相对较小。为了打破这一局限，我们选择沿着建筑的外立面向外扩展一个新的区域。这一创新举措不仅使我们摆脱了砖混结构的束缚，还为我们打造了一个更加开阔的空间布局。通过这样的设计，我们最大化地将外部的自然美景引入到室内，确保每一个房间都能享受到一处向外开放的休闲空间。这不仅增强了建筑的美感，也极大地提升了居住者的空间体验，让自然景观成为生活的一部分。
Duringtheinitialdesigndialoguebetweenthetimbercompanyandtheowner,akeyrequirementwasclearlyemphasized:"Maintaintheoriginalappearanceasmuchaspossible,whileonlyincreasingthefloorarea,neverdecreasingit."Facedwiththischallenge,wesetouttobuildatraditionalbrick-concretestructure.Thiskindofstructureischaracterizedbythelimitedsizeoftheroom,theroomandthedeptharerelativelysmall.Tobreakthislimitation,wechosetoextendanewareaalongtheexteriorfacadeofthebuilding.Thisinnovativemovenotonlyfreedusfromtheshacklesofthebrick-and-concretestructure,butalsocreatedamoreopenspacelayoutforus.Throughthisdesign,wemaximizedthenaturalbeautyoftheexteriorintotheinterior,ensuringthateveryroomenjoyedanopenspaceforrelaxation.Thisnotonlyenhancesthebeautyofthebuilding,butalsogreatlyenhancesthespaceexperienceoftheoccupants,makingthenaturallandscapeapartoflife.
