第十九届中国国际人才交流大会（以下简称大会）定于2021年4月24至25日在深圳举办,为好做本届大会参会报名和会务服务工作，特制定本《须知》。请各参会代表仔细阅读，做好工作安排。
The19thConferenceonInternationalExchangeofProfessionals(hereinafterreferredtoas“CIEP")willbeheldinShenzhenonApril24-25,2021.TheNotesforParticipantsareherebyformulatedforregistrationasparticipantsandconferenceservicesofthe19thCIEP.TheparticipantrepresentativesshouldcarefullyreadtheNotesforParticipants,andmakeworkarrangements.
I.TimeandPlace

二、参会报名流程
II.Processforregistrationasparticipant
(I)LogontotheofficialwebsiteofCIEP(www.ciep.gov.cn);
（二）点击“我要参会”，进入参会报名页面；
(II)Enterthe“registerasparticipant”pagebyclicking"registerasparticipant”;
（三）参会报名分为“个人报名”和“团体报名”，“团体报名”原则上由全国各地政府部门组织本区域代表团进行申请，需经大会组委会审核（联系人：刘子汐，0755-81773059）。
(III)Registrationasparticipantincludes“individualregistration”and“groupregistration”.“Groupregistration”generallyreferstothatthenationalgovernmentdepartmentsorganizethedelegationswithintheirjurisdictiontofileanapplicationthatshallbereviewedbytheOrganizingCommitteeofCIEP.(contact:LiuZixi,Tel.:0755-81773059).
1.“团体报名”流程。
1.Processfor“groupregistration”.
（1）代表团确定固定联系人，登陆大会官网选择“团体报名”，填写注册信息后提交大会组委会审核；
(1)Thedelegationshallconfirmaregularcontact,logontotheofficialwebsiteofCIEP,select"groupregistration",fillintheregistrationinformationandthensubmitittotheOrganizingCommitteeofCIEPforreview;
（2）代表团联系人查询“团体报名”审核通过后，可进行团体人员参会报名；
(2)Afterthecontactofthedelegationhasfoundthroughquerythat“groupregistration”hasbeenapproved,thegroupmemberscanregisterasparticipant.
（3）点击“参会证件申报”进入填报，可点击“批量导入”下载《第十九届中国国际人才交流大会参会报名表》，线下完成填写后点击“上传模板”上传表格至报名系统；
(3)Enterthe“filling”pagebyclicking“declarationofparticipantcertificate”,downloadtheRegistrationFormofthe19thConferenceonInternationalExchangeofProfessionalsbyclicking“bulkimport”,anduploadthisformtotheregistrationsystembyclicking“uploadtemplate”afterbeingfilledoutoffline.
（4）表格上传点击“确认提交”后可浏览参会人员信息，如有修改选定个人进行编辑，点击“确认”完成。
(4)Afteruploadingthisformandclicking“Committed”,youcanbrowseparticipantinformation.Incaseofanychange,selectthepersonalinformationforediting,andthenclick“OK”.
2.“个人报名”流程。
2.Processfor“individualregistration”.
（1）选择“个人报名”进行注册；
(1)Select“individualregistration”forregistration.
（2）填写个人信息、选择参会接待需求；
(2)Fillinpersonalinformation,anddeterminereceptionrequirements.
（3）确认提交，生成电子二维码门票。
(3)GenerateanelectronicQRcodeticketonceitisconfirmedthatrelevantinformationhasbeensubmitted.
3.报名截止日期。

（1）需大会组委会统一安排会务服务的“团体报名”及“个人报名”，请于2021年4月8日前申请；
(1)TheOrganizingCommitteeofCIEPshallmakeuniformarrangementsforconferenceservices“groupregistration”and“individualregistration”.PleasefileanapplicationbeforeApril8,2021;
（2）需大会组委会制作参会证件的“团体报名”（无需组委会统一安排会务服务），请于2021年4月15日前申请；
(2)TheOrganizingCommitteeofCIEPshallproduceparticipantcertificatesfor“groupregistration”(theOrganizingCommitteeofCIEPisnotrequiredtomakeuniformarrangementsforconferenceservices).PleasefileanapplicationbeforeApril15,2021;
（3）“个人报名”请于2021年4月22日前申请。

三、参会报到

（一）酒店报到

仅限于报名申请参会服务的参会代表。

(1)TheparticipantsshallsigninattheregistrationdeskofCIEPwiththeiroriginalIDcards;
（2）领取参会证件、餐券、会议资料，办理入住手续。

3.交通安排。
3.Transportationarrangement.
(1)Airport/stationpickup:accordingtotherequirementsofShenzhenCityforepidemicprevention,populationgatheringshallbeavoided.ConsideringthatparticipantrepresentativesarriveinShenzhenindifferenttime,wewillnotprovideuniformairport/stationpickupservices.Pleasegotohotelonyourown,orselectairport/stationpickupservicesduringregistrationaccordingtoactualconditions(sizeofdelegationandvehiclemodel)(theexpensesshouldbebornebyyourself.Pleaseseetheattachment).
（2）会期班车：大会统一安排往返酒店至深圳会展中心定时大巴。
(2)RegularbusduringtheCIEP:wewilluniformlyarrangeforregularbusesbetweenthehotelandShenzhenConventionandExhibitionCenter.
（3）地铁交通：展会期间，大会提供免费乘坐地铁服务，凭参会证件按需领取地铁票。
(3)Subway:duringtheCIEP,wewillprovidefreesubwayservices,andyoucanreceiveasubwayticketwithyourparticipantcertificate.

TheOrganizingCommitteeofCIEPwillprovidepaidconferenceservices,includinghotelaccommodation&meals,workingmealsduringtheexhibition;shuttlebusservicesbetweenhotelandvenueatfixedhours;journal,venueguide,participantcertificate,etc.
（二）接站/机交通费

参会单位可根据参会人数选择预定车型，请提前与大会组委会会务组联系确定。

五、收费方式
V.Chargingmode
由于会议用房较为紧张，为确保有效预定，请于2021年4月13日前将会务款项汇入大会组委会指定服务商账号，会务组将会预留住宿房间；已报名但未提前汇款的参会代表，会务组将按照现场报到顺序安排住宿。

六、防疫要求
VI.Epidemicpreventionrequirements
（一）不能参加线下展会人员：①目前为新冠肺炎确诊病例、疑似病例、无症状感染者及密切接触者(含密切接触者的密切接触者);②尚在随访及医学观察期内已治愈出院的确诊病例和已解除集中隔离医学观察的无症状感染者;③入境后尚未解除隔离医学观察人员;④来自评定为中高风险地区人员;⑤14天内有国外及香港特别行政区旅居史人员（对于上述地区入境参会人员,必须进行“14+7”隔离措施，即14天集中医学隔离、7天社区健康观察，且新冠病毒核酸检测阴性,须提供解除医学隔离观察证明和7天内新冠病毒核酸检测阴性报告及国务院疫情防控行程卡、“深i您”等健康通行码绿码，可以参加展会）。
(I)Thosewhoaredisqualifiedfromparticipatinginofflineexhibitions:①currentlyconfirmedcasesofCOVID-19,suspectedcases,asymptomaticinfectedcasesandclosecontacts(theirclosecontacts);②confirmedcaseswhoaresubjecttofollow-upandmedicalobservationandhavebeencuredanddischargedfromhospitalandasymptomaticinfectedcaseswhohavebeenreleasedfromcentralizedisolationandmedicalobservation;③thosewhohavenotbeenreleasedfromisolationandmedicalobservationafterentry;④thosefrommedium/high-riskareas;⑤thosetravelingorresidentabroadandintheHongKongSpecialAdministrativeRegionwithin14days(theparticipationconditionsareasfollows:theparticipantsfromtheaboveregionsmustaccept“14+7”isolation,namelycentralizedmedicalisolationfor14days,communityhealthobservationfor7days,testnegativeforCOVID-19,andprovideacertificateforreleasefrommedicalisolationandobservation,reportonnegativeresultsinnucleicacidtestofCOVID-19within7days,epidemicpreventionandcontrolcardissuedbytheStateCouncil,“ShenzhenIYou”andgreenhealthcode).
（二）大会根据深圳市疫情防控形势变化和市卫健委要求调整防疫要求和大会各项安排。报名参加线下活动人员参会前14天要做好自我健康状况监测，无发热、咳嗽、腹泻等症状方可前来参会。
(II)TheCIEPshalladjusttherequirementsforepidemicpreventionandthearrangementsoftheCIEPaccordingtothechangesinepidemicpreventionandcontrolsituationinShenzhenandtherequirementsoftheShenzhenMunicipalHealthCommission.Thosewhosignupforofflineactivitiesshallmonitortheirownhealthstatus14daysbeforeparticipationintheCIEPandhavenosymptomoffever,cough,diarrhea,etc.
(III)TheparticipantsshalldeclarethehealthstatusonadailybasisontheepidemicpreventionandcontrolcardissuedbytheStateCouncilor“ShenzheniYou”,wearmaskscorrectlyandkeepasafesocialdistanceof1m.Thosewhosebodytemperatureishigherthan>37.3℃orwhohavesuspectedsymptomsofCOVID-19shallreporttothemedicalstaffstayinginthehotelandthestaffoftheOrganizingCommitteeofCIEPintime,andtaketheinitiativetocooperatewiththeepidemiologicalinvestigationandcorrespondingcontrolanddisposalmeasures.Beforedefinitediagnosisresultsarepresented,theyshallnotenterthevenueagain.Anyonewhofalsifyorconcealthemedicalhistory,travelhistoryandcontacthistory,ortakedrugsontheirownandconcealsymptomsshallbeprohibitedfromenteringthevenue.Ifseriousconsequencesoccur,relevantresponsibilitiesshallbeinvestigatedinaccordancewiththelaw.
（四）大会视情况开展核酸检测，如有核酸检测要求将另行通知。
(IV)Nucleicacidtestshallbecarriedoutasappropriate,andshallbenotifiedifrequired.
