杰夫瑞斯旺的演艺生涯异常精彩，他的足迹几乎遍及美国、欧洲、拉丁美洲和亚洲。他的演奏曲目众多，除了从巴赫到布莱兹的许多独奏作品，还有超过60多首的协奏曲。杰夫瑞斯旺与许多世界著名乐团都有合作过，比如：与辛辛那提、匹兹堡、西雅图、印第安娜、达拉斯、圣刘易斯、菲尼克斯、休斯敦、莱克星顿、巴尔的摩等交响乐的多次合作演出；在欧洲，他与海牙交响乐团、比利时国家广播乐团、圣塞西莉亚交响乐团、巴伐利亚广播交响乐团、布拉格爱乐乐团、蒙彼利埃交响乐团、伦敦爱乐乐团，以及其他许多乐团都有过演出活动。
