近日，成都崇州市一小区内，一只罗威纳犬袭击并咬伤了一名两岁女童。随后，四川射洪、四川峨边、河南沈丘等多地加强完善养犬管理政策。
10月16日上午8时许，一对母女在小区楼下行走时，遇到一只黑色犬和一只白色犬。据崇州警方称，黑色犬对女孩发起攻击，导致女孩全身多处受伤，右肾挫裂伤，右侧肋骨骨折。

四川省射洪县将实行全面的养犬登记和发证制度。城市地区的养犬人必须对其宠物进行登记并接受年检。禁止饲养烈性犬和大型犬，以降低潜在风险。
