我国目前的流浪动物数量在四千万左右，每年约有六百万左右的流浪动物被送入流浪动物收容所，而我国对于流浪动物的收容和认领的机制也并不完善，造成很多家庭在领养动物时并不能对将要领养的动物有全面的了解，这就产生了我国流浪动物不能被妥善领养的现状。
本文针对当前流浪动物领养网站的现状进行了分析，归纳出当前的流浪动物网站存在信息不够透明和使用的方法繁杂的问题。因此，结合自身对于编程的学习现状，本文使用Java编程语言和MYSQL数据库进行开发，对整个城市流浪动物领养管理系统进行了系统设计，完成了整个系统中每个功能模块的建立，并对整个城市流浪动物管理系统进行了测试，系统运行良好。

Firstofall,thepaperanalyzesthebackgroundandresearchstatusathomeandabroad.Onthisbasis,takingintoaccountthecharacteristicsofthesoftwaredevelopmentprocess,thispaperevaluatesthefeasibilityoftheurbanstrayanimaladoptionmanagementsystem,andanalyzestherequirementsofthesoftware.Aftertheevaluation,thepaperdesignsandclassifiesthefunctionmodulesofthewholesystem,andconstructsthedatabaseaccordingtothedatarequirementofeachpart.Finally,accordingtotheabovedesign,eachfunctionmoduleisdesigned,andeachfunctionistested,accordingtothetestresults,thesystemmeetstheexpectedperformancerequirements,andrunswell.

我国2021年的宠物数量达到一亿只左右，如此庞大的从宠物数量，也同样造成了数量巨大的宠物遗弃。根据统计我国约有五千万只流浪动物，其中约有六百万左右的流浪动物被送入流浪动物收容所，面对如此巨大的流浪动物数量，传统的方法显然已经无法满足要求。随着信息化技术的不断深入和广泛地运用，运用信息管理技术对大量的数据进行处理已经成为一种趋势。使用信息化技术解决流浪动物信息管理也成为一个新的趋势。
