首先分析和研究了XX广贸学校学生工作的管理现状和需求，然后，在研究和分析当前软件开发技术的根底上，提出了基于B/S结构和.NET平台，采用ASP.NET开发技术，使用SQLServer2005数据库来管理数据的技术方案，最后，设计并实现了一个功能较为完善的XX广贸学校学生管理系统。通过对系统进行一系列的需求分析、设计、编码、测试等工作，系统实现了该校的新生管理、学费管理、学籍管理、成绩管理、毕业生管理和数据导出管理等功能。
