扭转式孔隙调节型纤维过滤器是一种先进的过滤设备。它采用一种性能稳定、单丝强度高的柔软、高强曲化纤维长丝作为滤材,配合电控系统,实现对原水的过滤处理,其具有过滤精度高、流量大、占地面积相对小等优点。

不同于传统的纵向过滤方式,这种过滤器滤前水是横向穿过滤层的,所以同样直径的设备,能够实现较大的流速和流量。

如右图中所示,设置在罐体外部的回转机构驱动过滤单元旋转,使PP丝束紧密缠绕在中心产水管上,形成均匀、微小、致密孔隙的过滤层。待滤水从外部通过该滤层进入中心产水管,从而对水中的污物起到截留和吸附作用。在过滤过程中,滤前水系沿水平方向穿过滤层,因为PP滤丝是按一定规律排列,所以不会产生偏流现象。

AcertainnumberoffinePPfiberbundlesarelongitudinallywrappedonthecentralgatheringpipetoformafilterunit.Oneorfoursetsoffilterunitsaresetinthetankaccordingtothesizeofthefilterspecifications.
设备内四处滤筒的表面积大于罐体的横截面积,因此其理论滤速最高可到100m/h。一般可达60~80m/h。以DN2000的扭转式孔隙调节型纤维过滤器为例,其流量可达到200~300T/H,而普通的DN2000的高效纤维过滤器其常规流速为30m/h,相应的流量为94T/H。

Whenwithholdingcontentincreased,thedifferentialpressure(flowrateorRunningtime)tosetdata,automaticallyentersbackwashingsteps.Therotatingunitsoutsidethetankdrivesthefiltrationmodulethoroughlyrelaxed,underthejointactionofthebackwashingwaterandcompressesair,theelutionofsewageinterceptedisdischargedthroughthedrainagepipe,aftercleaningcanautomaticallyenterthefilteringstateorintostandbystate.
反洗时因为引入了清洗空气,使PP滤丝在清洗过程中产生强烈的抖动并相互摩擦,加之清洗空气的携带效应,使滤丝上的截留物很容易在反洗水流和清洗空气的联合冲刷下剥离下来。另外回转机构在反洗过程中驱动滤丝重复若干次回转和放松动作,有助于获得类似洗衣机的更好的反洗效果。

1.软化水系统前置过滤Prefiltrationofsofteningwatersystem
替代传统机械过滤器,防止水中的悬浮物、胶体等杂质进入树脂层,将树脂包裹、污染,降低其交换功能,保证离子交换树脂的周期制水量及再生效果。

1)设定反冲洗压力(0.5-0.8㎏/㎝2)时,不要设定过高,否则会造成过滤水质恶化,水量减少,排管异常等。
2)原水进水口装调节阀和止回阀;反冲洗进水口装止回阀。

3)运行状态下严禁往回转齿轮处伸手或放入其他物体等。

5)一个月至少进行药剂浸泡清洗一次,用CaCLO2或NaCLO等消毒剂(CL的浓度为20ppm)注入过滤器内浸泡至少12个小时左右,进行气、水混合冲洗清除滤材纤维丝上的藻类和微生物等物质。

6)建议三个月一次拆下所有阀门,用软布彻底清除其内异物。

7)为防止回转齿轮生锈,需定期涂抹润滑脂。
