HiscanVMPro是一款快速灵活的活体显微CT,主要用于动物实验。其所用的锥束X射线可以看到样本的内部结构,最高分辨率可达18μm。可做小动物全身扫描,如小鼠、大鼠等。同时,可以扫描所选择的感兴趣区域,例如小鼠和大鼠的头部、脊椎、前肢、后肢等。根据样本尺寸不同配以不同尺寸的扫描床,独特设计的扫描床可以防止小动物逃逸落进机器内。
HiscanVMPro配有高精度自适应呼吸门控,可根据呼吸周期的变化动态调整图像采集速度,有效减少呼吸带来的胸廓运动伪影。防护机壳配有麻醉气体传输接口以及多种生理监控设备接口。X射线机壳防护安全可靠,操作人员无需额外防护。同时配有安全连锁装置,仓门打开时自动关闭X射线,避免误操作,保证操作人员安全。
广泛应用于骨骼疾病、肿瘤疾病、心血管疾病、炎症疾病、代谢疾病、免疫学、药效评价、生物材料等学科的临床前研究。
高精度呼吸门控
通过高精度呼吸门控采集呼吸信号,根据呼吸信号波形进行图像采集获得同一呼吸相位的图像,从而消除呼吸运动带来的伪影,获得清晰的重建图像。同时具有自适应性,根据不同小鼠的呼吸频率自动调整图像采集速度,智能扫描。
精密设计扫描床
经过精密设计的扫描床,操作方便,小动物放置在前部透明扫描仓内,配有摄像头监控小动物呼吸;同时配有麻醉气体接口,保证小鼠呼吸稳定;另外还配有造影剂持续注射接口,可持续造影,用于灌注成像。
多模态图像融合技术
为多模态图像融合设计独特配准装置,扫描床上有特定标记位点,在多种设备上均可成像,根据这些特定标记位点进行图像配准融合。
GPU加速快速分层重建
采用经过优化的快速分层重建算法,并使用GPU进行硬件加速,重建速度提高到扫描结束重建同时完成。
