为确保国际学生及时缴纳保险费、学费和住宿费，顺利办理签证续签，根据《中华人民共和国出入境管理法》（2013年7月1日施行），我校将把2018-2019学年签证续签与国际学生在中国境内学习期间的费用缴纳情况及行为表现相结合，具体内容通知如下：
Inordertofacilitatethetimelypaymentofinsurance,tuitionandaccommodationfeesforinternationalstudentsandhelpyouapplynewresidencepermitontime,WenzhouUniversitywillapplyforthevisarenewalforinternationalstudentsbasedonyourfeepaymentandindividualbehavioraccordingtoEmigrationandImmigrationAdministrationofthePeople’sRepublicofChina(StartingonJuly1ST2013).Thenoticeof2018-2019academicyearpaymentandvisaextensionisherebynotifiedasfollows:
一、签证于2018年6月30日和7月30日到期的学生

（一）温州大学校长奖学金（I类）获得者
根据《温州大学国际学生奖学金实施办法（试行）》（温大行政〔2017〕277号），温州大学国际学生奖学金的评审结果将在2018年暑假期间予以公布。因此，该项奖学金获得者（本学年因受处分被取消奖学金的学生除外）需在签证到期前一个月内提交以下签证续签所需材料：

AccordingtoScholarshipImplementationsForInternationalStudentsofWenzhouUniversity,theresultforWenzhouUniversityPresidentialScholarshipwillbepublishedduringthissummervacation.Forthisreason,thestudentsfrompresidentialscholarship（ClassI，excludingstudentswhoarepunishedin2017-2018academicyear）canapplyforyourvisafirstbyprovidingfollowingmaterialsonemonthearlierbeforeyourvisaexpiration。
1.保险费800元/年缴纳凭证。

学生必须在签证到期前一个月内缴纳800元保险费。

2.费用缴纳承诺书。
学生本人签署费用缴纳承诺书，承诺于2018年9月14日（周五）前缴清所需学费和住宿费。

（二）温州大学自费生（含部分奖学金生、因受处分被取消奖学金的学生）

Youmustpayallrelevantfeeandsubmitvisamaterials(SeePartFour)onemonthearlierbeforeyourvisaexpiration.
1.如果国际学生缴清一学年所有费用，准予申请一年签证。
Ifyoupayallrelevantfee,youcanapplyforone-yearvisa.
2..如果国际学生缴清保险费，能缴纳不少于半学年的学费，签署缴费承诺书后准予申请半年签证。
Ifyoupayinsurancefeeandmorethanonesemestertuition,youmustsignPaymentCommitmentLetterandcanapplyforsix-monthvisa.
3.如果国际学生不缴纳保险费则根据《学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》（教育部、外交部、公安部令第42号）给予退学处理；如果不缴纳学费则给予休学处理；如果不缴纳住宿费则不予提供校内住宿。

二、签证于2018年7月30日后到期的学生
