自动上料机主要应用于合金刀片研磨后的脱脂工序，此设备可以实现按工艺要求将MANZ盘小车内的MANZ盘(装满产品)自动装上脱脂机的工装上，送至脱脂机内，脱脂结束后，将工装内的MANZ盘取出放置小车内，以此循环取放MANZ盘，当小车内的MANZ盘全部脱脂结束或脱脂产量溢出后，此时设备会安全的暂停机器并灯光和蜂鸣报警告知人工干预。
