1.stitching车线

缝线与大身料颜色不匹配（若货品要求与大身料颜色须相陪衬时）

车线不直或车线以为，缝入临近的部分

4）Fewerthanspecifiedstitchesperinch
针数不少于规定的每英寸车线针数
5）Skippedormissingstitches跳线或漏针
6）Doublerowofstitchesnotparallel双线不平行
7）Needlecutorstitchholes有针孔爆裂或线孔痕迹
8）Losseoruntrimmedthreads车厢太松或带有线头
9）returnstitchingrequirementasfollows倒针要求如下
（1）leathertab-2ruturnstitchesandboththreadendshastobepulleddowntothebacksideofleathertab，using2endstotieaknotandglueitdownatthebackofleathertab
真皮小贴—倒针两下，两条线头必须拉到皮贴背面、打上结，并用胶水贴在皮贴背面

配件及饰物与原批板不符
7）pipingcrushedordeformed边骨挤压或变形
8）zippersliderdoesnotfitwiththesideofzipperteeth拉链头与拉链齿不吻合

4.pockets口袋
1）pocketnotparallelwithedgesofbag口袋因装歪而与大身不平行
2）pocketnotcorrectsize口袋尺寸有误
5.reinforcement补强要求

在肩带撞钉背面必须加上透明胶圈以作补强
2）Thebacksideofstitchingforattachingthehandleofnylonbaghastoadd2mmtransparentPVCforreinforcement
尼龙袋子的手挽车缝背面必须加上2MM厚透明PVC以作补强
3）thebacksideofstitchingofsttachingthehandleofnylonbghastoadd2mmtransparentPVCforreinforcement
内格有笔插、口袋、及橡筋等必须在其背面加上2MM厚透明PVC以作补强

当安装背攘手挽织带时，织带两端必须车回口，并覆盖与袋身的接口（并非只是吧织带插入大身料后缝上而已）经过此工序后，缝包边带的车线仍能再次车过织带，因此袋顶的手挽应该车友两行车线把手挽固定
