Abstract:Themaincontentofthispaperistoexplainthattheacousticsensitivityofthetrimmedbodyofthevehiclecanbeimprovedbyoptimizingtheinstallationformofbatterypack,andthentheinteriornoiseofthewholevehiclecanbereduced.Firstly,basedontheacousticsensitivitytheoryandsimulationanalysismethod,theanalysismodelofthetrimmedbodywithbatterypackstructureisestablished,andtheacousticsensitivityofthekeyconnectionpointsofthetrimmedbodyissimulatedandanalyzed.Secondly,theacousticsensitivityofthetrimmedbodyiseffectivelyimprovedbyoptimizingtheinstallationformofthebatterypackandthestructureofthebatterypackbracket.Finally,theimprovedschemeisverifiedandtestedontherealvehicleroad,andtheexpectedexperimentalresultsareobtained.
