一、ApplyingalienemploymentpermitwhichissuedbyGZMunicipal
PublicSafetyBureau(5workingdays)办理外国就业审批
1．公司证明（聘用外国人的原因）,
2．公司营业执照副本和组织机构代码证副本复印件
3．填写好《聘用外国人就业申请表》一式两份，并加盖公章；
4．就业者护照首页及签证页复印件；
5．就业者学历证书及简历复印件；
6．公司租赁合同和公司章程复印件（已办过外国人就业审批除外）
；

5.copyofdiplomaandpersonalresumeoftheforeignertobeemployed
6.copyofthecompany’sleasecontractandthearticlesofincorporation
二、ApplyingalienemploymentlicensewhichissuedbytheGZLaborand
SocialSafetyBureau(5workingdays)就业许可证
1．已获通过的就业审批；
2．就业者护照首页及签证页复印件；
3．就业者学历证书及简历复印件；
4．公司营业执照副本各组织机构代码证副本复印件；

三、ApplyingletterortelexofvisanotificationwhichissuedbyGZTradeEconomyCorporationBureau(5workingdaysandthechargeis500RMB)办理邀请函
1.营业执照副本(登记证)复印件；
2.国税副本复印件；
3.地税副本复印件；
4.组织机构代码副本复印件；
5.就业许可证书；
7.申请人的护照首页
8.一式三份的表格要盖章；
9.如是家属请提供亲属关系证明和护照复印件

9．Iftheproposeristheemployee’sdependent,youshouldprovidecopyofhisorherpassportandRelationshipCertificate
四、Applying“Z”visafromtheChineseembassies,consulatesandvisa
offices办理“Z”签证
1．就业者护照首页复印件加盖公章；
2．邀请信；
3．就业许可证
4．如是就业者家属，需提供家属护照、就业者护照、就业许可证书（或就业证）复印件加盖公章，户籍证明、体检记录；
备注：获得工作邀请函后到境外的签证处申请“Z”签证。
