作为国际风味研究领域的学术盛会，本次研讨会在加强国内外风味研究技术交流的同时，也将助力白酒风味研究更为科学化、体系化，为中国白酒的国际化打牢基础、做出贡献。在现场的学术海报展示和评比中，五粮液“中国白酒中挥发性含硫化合物（VSCs）的定量误差和分析方法”获得了评委的一致好评，为白酒风味研究领域提供了新视角、新参考。

近年来，五粮液坚持传统与创新结合，大力实施以技术创新为核心的创新驱动战略，依托7个国家级创新平台和6个省部级创新平台推动工艺技术创新、产品服务创新、业态融合创新等，致力于以科研培育发展新动能，持续赋能高品质供给。目前五粮液已培育重大科技创新成果30余项，获省部级及以上科技进步奖20余项，累计拥有专利超过1800项，发表论文700余篇，形成了以“五粮液（WLY)”命名的4个新菌种，“黄金酒度”、第八代五粮液的风味指纹图谱等科研成果。

在11月5日晚举行的“五粮液和美之夜”主题晚宴上，中国酿酒大师、教授级高级工程师、宜宾五粮液股份有限公司技术总顾问赵东通过视频致辞表示，五粮液将以此次研讨会为契机，将会议凝聚的创新智慧转化为指导实践、推动创新发展的强大力量，更加前瞻性地布局创新平台建设及发展，更加深入地实施更大范围、更深领域的国际合作，协同推进白酒风味与功能因子等领域的科学研究，以技术创新重塑白酒价值体系，以科技创新赋能产业的高质量发展。编辑：徐丹宁
