1.Overseeweeklyfabricationtasks,Qualitycontroltasks,beavailableatalltimesforFabricationteamforquestionsandinstructionstoensureallpersonnelareworkingandhaveallthecorrectinformation.
监督每周生产任务完成，做好质量监督。随时为生产团队答疑解惑，以确保所有人员都在有序工作并掌握所有正确生产信息。
2.Overallplanningforfuturefabricationjobsincludingmaterial,hours,tasks,surveyrequirements.
生产工作的总体规划，包括材料，工时，任务，调查要求。

4.装配工
在车间主管带领下按时高质量完成铝合金船体及附件的装配和焊接工作，并协助主管的其他日常工作。
主要任务：
1)遵守车间健康和安全规范；
2)按装配技术资料、图纸、工艺及质量标准拼接、铆焊铝合金船体；
3)确保产品每道工序按图纸和工艺要求装配；
4）不断学习、提高工具使用技能，改进生产设备使用效率和生产工艺。
5）降低材料损耗；
6）按要求每天做好现场5S和工具管理；
7）降低返工率和资源浪费。
招聘要求：
1)中专以上学历；
2)熟练操作铝合金专业工具（如折弯机、锯床、辗床、铣/车床、油压、钻台、焊机等）；
3)同时懂得铝焊/氩弧焊的更好；
4)能读懂基本装配图纸；
5)能读懂英文图纸者优先；
6)良好的安全意识和团队合作精神；
5.焊工
1）愿意学习焊工技能和从事焊工职业，公司提供在岗培训，熟手师傅一对一指导；
2）严格遵守生产工艺操作规定，按照指导操作焊接工序，安全操作焊接设备；
3）身体健康，工作积极主动，能吃苦耐劳；
4）服从分配、听从指挥，严格遵守各项操作规程和各项规章制度，使生产规范化。
1）根据生产计划按时、保质、保量完成本岗位承担的各项生产任务；
2）做好生产前的准备工作和设备安全检查工作，确保生产中人身、设备安全；
3）向上级汇报不符合规定和质量要求的产品和操作方法；
4）避免出现焊接质量问题，及时发现安全隐患并整改；
5）正确使用和维护设备；
6）工作完毕及时将设备整理并归还原位，同时清扫工作场地，保持车间及公共场所的清洁有序；
7）遵守工艺纪律，执行焊接工艺指导书；
8）配合公司的质检工作；
6.CNC雕铣机操作员
例如：数控等离子切割机操作经验，数控镭射机切割操作经验或数控水切割
