Abstract:Environmental
dredgingseemstobeaneffectivecountermeasureforinternalsourcecontrol,butsomeenvironmental
protectiondredgingprojectscannotobtaindesiredresultsowingtofineparticleresuspensionduringdredging,biologicalactivationofnewbornsurfacesedimentsoonafterdredging,andpollutantongoingfromoutofprojectarea,etc.Basedonanalyzingenvironmentaldredgingprimarytheory,thispaperputsforwardanewdredgingtechnologytoimprovedredgingeffectsaimingatexistentproblemsofenvironmentaldredging.Itstechnicalprocessesareasfollows:first,toremovethesurfacebottomlayersrichintheflocculent,organicsedimentsthroughoneoperationofonlysuctionnotcutterinentireprojectarea;second,dredgesomedeepchannelsplumb2ingprevailingwinddirectiontotrapeasyresuspendedsediment;third,ensurethattheexcavationcapacityissmallerthandeliveryca2pacity;fourth,dredgeouteasyresuspendedsedimentaccumulatedindeepchannels;fifth,ifnecessary,dredgeouteasyresuspendedsedimentaccumulatedindeepchannelsagainafteracertainperiod.Keywords:lakeeutrophication;sediment;environmentaldredging

近百年来,世界范围内湖泊富营养化现象普遍发生[1,2],给湖区人民的生产、生活和身心健康带来严重影响,如太湖梅梁湖区曾发生了多次水源地污染事件[3-4]。鉴于湖泊富营养化的严重影响,各国政府为此投入了巨大的人力、物力[5,6]。然而,由于浅水湖内存在着复杂的反馈机制[7],且基于减少外源营养输
