Abstract:Thepurposeofthisstudyistocomprehensivelyexplorethemainconnotationandimportantimpactofscientificresearchparadigmchangefromboththeoreticalandpracticalperspectives.Onthetheoreticallevel,startingwithKuhnandhisTheStructuresoftheScientificRevolution,thisstudyexploresthelogicalessenceoftheconceptof“paradigm.”Atthepracticallevel,throughvariousformssuchasquestionnairesandinterviews,thethreeconnotationsofscientificresearchparadigmchangeinthenewerahavebeencondensed.Namely,solvingsystematicandcomplexproblemshasbecomethemaindrivingforceforscientificresearchparadigmchangeinthenewera,simulationanddatasciencemaybecomeeffectivebreakthroughsinpromotingscientificresearchparadigmchange,andorganizationalinnovationinscientificresearchactivitieshasbecomethefoundationforpromotingscientificresearchparadigmchange.Onthisbasis,itanalyzesthecurrentproblemsinChina’sresponsetothetransformationofresearchparadigmsandproposesthecorrespondingpolicyrecommendations.

Abstract:Thisarticlerefersto“AIforResearch(AI4R)”asthefifthscientificresearchparadigmandsummarizesitscharacteristics,including:(1)thefullyintegrationofartificialintelligenceintoscientificandtechnologyresearch;(2)machineintelligencehasbecomeanintegralpartofscientificresearch;(3)effectivelyhandlingthecombinatorialexplosionproblemwithhighcomputationalcomplexity;(4)probabilityandstatisticalmodelsplayagreaterroleinscientificresearch;(5)withrealizingtheintegrationoffourexistingresearchparadigms,crossdisciplinarycooperationhasbecomethemainstreamresearchmethod;(6)scientificresearchreliesmoreonlargeresearchplatformscharacterizedbylargemodels.ThisarticlepointsoutthatAI4Risascientificrevolution,andtheopportunitiesandchallengesitbringswillaffectthefutureofChina’sscienceandtechnologicaldevelopment.Itcallsonscientistsinvariousfieldstoachievetransformationofintelligentization.

Abstract:Atpresent,chemicalscienceisfacingunprecedentedopportunitiesandchallengesduetothetechnologicalchangesbroughtbyartificialintelligence.Inordertopromotetheparadigmshiftinchemicalresearch,thisstudyproposestheconstructionplanoftheroboticAI-chemistcloudfacility.Thissystemrealizesanewparadigmofscientificresearchbycollectingmulti-channeldatatobuildadatabase,developinglargescientificmodelsenhancedbychemicalknowledge,constructingclustersofroboticfacilities,andbuildinganintelligentmanagementdecisionsystem,whichwilldramaticallyimprovetheefficiencyofscientificresearchandsolvescientificproblemsinterminalapplications.Thisinfrastructureisexpectedtochangetheparadigmofresearchandleadtomajorscientificbreakthroughsinchemistry.
